There are no generic articles or artwork unless the editor chooses to use similar material that is provided for TOGETHER users. Distribution is done through a third-class permit and going to every home on designated postal routes within a zip code area, usually close to the church. NEIGHBORS is published on the same schedule as TOGETHER. Per piece rates are slightly higher to cover additional design and full-color printing costs.
